Why this clamp
K-Clamp is made by Shinhung, a Korean dental manufacturer with decades of instrument making behind it. Four things set it apart on the tray.
The steel springs back. A K-Clamp survives the forceps, the tooth and the autoclave without opening up, so the fit you had on day one is the fit you have a year later.
Every jaw edge is finished smooth, which is the difference between a clamp that seats and a clamp that scars the gingiva.
The matte finish kills the glare under the operatory light; the glossy finish is the classic mirror steel. Both are the same clamp underneath.
Stainless steel, fully autoclavable, with no coating to flake. Sterilize it the way you sterilize everything else.
