The Delivery
Beyond the Smile Dental Clinic, the practice of Dr. Julia Torres in Sampaloc, Manila, took delivery of a new ROSON unit on August 7, 2025. We posted the proof of delivery the following day.
The Installation
The first pair of photographs is our technician at work in the operatory. The chair is standing on the finished floor, the backrest and headrest are being fitted, and the instrument tray still holds its sealed packets. Someone from the clinic is watching from a step away, which is how it usually goes. Nobody leaves a new chair alone in a room.
Behind the unit is the wood panelled wall the clinic built before the chair existed. The light arm, the delivery unit and the ceramic bowl all have to work around a room that was finished first, so placement is argued out on the floor and settled before anything is bolted down. It is far cheaper to move a chair by half a metre at that stage than to discover the light will not reach the working field a month later.
The Handover
The second photograph is the handover, our technician standing with the clinic's people beside the finished unit. The monitor is up on its post above the chair, the ceramic bowl and its faucet are plumbed at the side, and the upholstery is still in the film it travels in. The film comes off after the room has been cleaned down, because the last hour of an installation is the dustiest one.
A monitor on the post is not decoration. It puts the radiograph or the intraoral image in front of the patient while the patient is still lying in the chair, which is where explanations land best and where treatment gets accepted or declined.

Delivery and installation are one job for us, carried out by our own technicians, and the clinic ends the day with a unit that has been run through its functions in front of them.
