The Upgrade
We closed another clinic upgrade in Cavite on March 6, 2026. A ROSON DX-A3S dental unit went into the operatory, and the practice was back at work the same day. It is the kind of job our installation team runs most weeks of the year.
Clinic owners tend to treat an upgrade as a decision that has to wait for the right quarter. In practice it is closer to a scheduling problem. The unit is booked, the van is loaded, and the room is out of service for a matter of hours rather than days.
From the Van to the Operatory
This reel is short and built mostly from crossfades, so it shows the two ends of the morning rather than everything in between. The first frame is the unload. Our technician lifts a carton out of the van with a wrapped dentist stool standing beside it on the pavement. Every unit travels in parts, and the parts come off the van in the order the build needs them.
The second frame is the same room a few hours later. The chair is assembled and upright, the monitor arm is mounted, and our technician is making the last adjustments before handing the operatory back. Between those two frames sit the base frame, the backrest, the ceramic spittoon, the delivery unit, the light, and the water and drainage lines, all of which are fitted on site.

About the DX-A3S
The DX-A3S belongs to the ROSON A3 family, the range we keep on the floor at our Pasig showroom. The monitor arm visible in the second frame is part of what makes it a comfortable unit to work around. Patient education, intraoral camera views and radiographs sit at eye level for the dentist and for the person in the chair, without anyone leaving the operatory to look at a screen somewhere else. The full specification sits on the ROSON DX-A3S page.
Why It Matters
A clinic upgrade is read by patients long before anyone explains it to them. A steady chair, a light that holds its position and a delivery unit that is not being coaxed along change how a working day feels, for the dentist first and the patient second.
We are the exclusive Philippine distributor for ROSON, so the same team quotes the unit, delivers it, installs it and comes back for service. The job does not get handed between three companies along the way, which is usually what decides whether a small fault gets fixed this week or next month.
