What Is on the Floor
Denjoy builds endodontic equipment, and the display follows the shape of a root canal appointment. Endo motors for shaping, apex locators for measuring working length, ultrasonic activators for irrigation, and the workstations that bring them onto one bench instead of three.
An apex locator reads the electrical resistance between a file and the surrounding tissue to tell the operator where the root ends. An endo motor drives the file at a set speed and torque, and backs off when the torque limit is reached. Neither is exotic equipment. Both decide whether a canal is treated to length or short of it.
