Delivered to Occidental Mindoro
On March 20, 2026 we completed a delivery and installation in Occidental Mindoro. The unit left our Pasig warehouse, crossed to the island and was assembled in the clinic by our own technician, who stayed until the dentist had seen every function work.
It is worth saying plainly what that involves, because island deliveries are the part of nationwide coverage that most suppliers quietly exclude.
What Nationwide Delivery Means
A chair bound for Occidental Mindoro travels by road and then by boat, and it travels as crated parts rather than as an assembled unit. That is not a compromise. A dental unit is designed to be built on site, and the parts are packed so that they can be carried through a clinic door by two people.
What has to travel with the crates is the person who knows the build. When a technician makes the trip, the clinic gets an assembly, a calibration and a handover in the same visit rather than a stack of boxes and a phone number. That is the difference between a delivery and a working operatory.

Assembly on Site
The build follows the same order everywhere. The base goes down and is levelled, the backrest frame is bolted on, the spittoon is mounted and trimmed for drainage, the delivery unit and the light are fitted, and the water, drainage and air lines are run and tested.
Only then does anyone switch it on properly. The chair is cycled through its full travel, the light is checked for pattern and for hold, the handpiece ports are checked for pressure, and the bowl is run to confirm it drains from every side. None of it is dramatic, and all of it is the reason the unit still behaves the same way in two years.
The Monitor and the Handover
The reel finishes at the two moments that matter to the clinic. The dentist is at the chair with an intraoral view on the monitor, which is the first time the unit is doing the job it was bought for rather than being worked on.
The monitor arm is easy to dismiss as a convenience feature. In practice it is the fastest patient education tool in the operatory. A patient who has just seen a fractured cusp on screen, at the chair, in their own mouth, does not need the same conversation about why the treatment is being recommended.
The last frame is the dentist signing the delivery form. That signature is the point at which the clinic has confirmed the unit is complete and working, and it is the record we keep for service.

Why It Matters
Clinics outside the capital region are used to being told that delivery is possible and service is not. That gap is why a lot of good practices run older units for longer than they want to.
We deliver nationwide, and the units are the ROSON range we are the exclusive Philippine distributor for, so parts and service come from one place. If you are planning a build or a replacement, the same models are on the floor at 610 C. Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City.
