On June 12, 2026 our installation team finished a dental chair for a clinic in Cabuyao, Laguna. The reel we posted that day runs through the work in the order it happened, and it is a useful look at what actually takes place between a delivery truck arriving and a dentist seating the first patient.
A Chair Arrives in Pieces
A dental chair is not a single object. It arrives as a base, a seat and backrest, a delivery unit, an operating light, a spittoon assembly and a set of hoses and cables, and it has to be joined to the room itself: power, water in, drainage out, and compressed air from the compressor.
That is the reason we install rather than drop off. A chair set down in a room and left there is a box. A chair connected, leveled, tested and explained is a working operatory, and the difference between the two is a technician on site for a day.
Cables Before Anything Else
The reel opens on our staff checking the operating light cable, then moves under the delivery unit for the wiring. Cabling comes first because almost everything else sits on top of it. Once the seat, the arm and the covers are on, getting back to a line that was run badly means taking parts off again.

The Base and the Light Head
Next the technician works at the base, which carries the weight of the chair and the patient and sets how level everything above it sits. From there the light head goes onto its arm. The light is the part a dentist notices every single day, so it is positioned and balanced with the dentist present rather than guessed at.

The Handover and the Spittoon
The last frames are the ones that matter most to the clinic. The dentist stands with our team at the finished unit while the controls are walked through, and a technician makes a final adjustment to the spittoon. Handover is part of the job: chair positions, the foot control, the light, the suction, cleaning, and what to check before calling us.

Why This Matters for a Clinic Owner
Most clinic owners buying a chair are not comparing specifications. They are worried about downtime. Every day a room sits half built is a day of appointments that cannot be booked, and every unclear wire is a service call later.
So the useful question to ask any supplier is not what the chair costs. It is who installs it, how long the room is out of use, who answers when something stops working, and whether parts are held in the country. In Cabuyao that was one team, one day, and a dentist shown the controls before we left.
Our showroom at 610 C. Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City has the same chairs standing and running, and clinics anywhere in the country are welcome to see one before they commit.
