The Upgrade
On June 30, 2025 we posted the proof of delivery for a dental chair upgrade. The caption named neither the dentist nor her clinic, so neither will we. What the photographs show is the more useful part anyway: a new unit going into a small clinic that has been working for years, rather than a fit out of an empty room.
Through the Door
The first pair of frames is the delivery. The wrapped unit comes in on its shipping frame through the clinic's own doorway, past the glass door and the framed prints on the corridor wall, and the crew open the cartons where they stand because there is nowhere else to put them.
That is what an upgrade looks like in most Philippine clinics. There is no loading bay and no spare room. The corridor is the staging area, the packaging goes back out as fast as it comes off, and the floor is clear again before the base is set down.

The New Unit
The second pair is the finished operatory, with the dentist on her operator stool beside the new chair and then with our technician standing behind her. The upholstery is brown, the instrument hoses are still in their sleeves, and the specification plate is still taped to the delivery tray.
Everything else in the frame is the clinic it was the week before. The same tile, the same electric fan on the wall, the same chart above the counter. That is the whole point of an upgrade. The practice does not change. The chair the dentist will spend the next several years working at does.

Why It Matters
An upgrade is a different job from a new installation. The room is in use, patients are booked, and the space around the chair is already committed to a sink, a window and a door that cannot move. Placement has to be settled against what is already there.
Delivery and installation are one visit for us, done by our own technicians, which is what keeps the disruption to a single closure rather than a week of them. We are the exclusive Philippine distributor for ROSON, and the units are on the showroom floor at 610 C. Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City.
