A Visit, Not A Sales Call
On July 19, 2026 Dr. John Kennedy Manalo came to our showroom at 610 C. Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City for a consultation and a hands on demonstration of the equipment lineup. The reel we posted that day follows the visit from the door to the display floor.
We film these because the showroom is the argument. A dentist can read a specification sheet anywhere. What a sheet cannot tell you is how a chair feels under your own hands, how far the delivery arm actually reaches from where you sit, and whether the control pad makes sense the first time you touch it.
Through The Door
Dr. Manalo arrives in scrubs and is met at the entrance. The first stop in the reel is a yellow upholstered chair from the A3 series, where he stands reading the product sheet before anyone starts talking.
That order is deliberate. Our product specialist lets a visiting dentist look first and asks questions second, because the useful conversation is the one that starts from what the dentist already noticed.

What A Demonstration Covers
A demonstration on the floor is not a slideshow. The chair is run through its positions with a person actually in it, the light is aimed on a working field, the delivery arm is swung to where a right handed and a left handed operator would each want it, and the handpiece couplings are connected and run.
The reel shows the A3 unit under the DentaSource screen and then a seated interview with Dr. Manalo, who described the lineup as next level equipment and said he intended to bring the same standard into his own clinic. He also said he would tell his colleagues to come and see it.
We take that as the correct outcome of a demonstration. A dentist who has sat in the chair has an opinion worth repeating. A dentist who has only seen a brochure has nothing to repeat.

The Details Worth Touching
Three things in the last stills are the ones that decide a purchase, and none of them photograph well in a catalogue.
The control pad. Chair position presets, light control and the bowl functions all live here. Whether it is legible and whether it is reachable from working position is something you can only judge with your hand on it.
The aisle of chairs. Seeing the models beside each other is the fastest way to understand the differences between them, because the difference between two units in the A3 family is not obvious from two separate spec sheets.
The LED light. Beam shape, colour temperature and how far the head can be aimed before it fouls the arm are all judged by eye, standing where the dentist stands.

Booking Your Own
The showroom is open Monday to Sunday, and demonstrations and consultations are free. There is no appointment required, though telling us you are coming means the specialist who knows the model you are interested in will be on the floor when you arrive.
Bring your floor plan if you have one. Most of the useful questions in a fit out are about clearances, service points and access rather than about the chair itself, and those are far easier to answer with a drawing in front of us. The current chair range is on the ROSON A3 series page.
