The Event at a Glance
The 26th NADTI Trade Exhibit and Scientific Sessions runs from Tuesday, September 22 to Thursday, September 24, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, in Halls 1 to 3. The floor opens at 10:30 AM and closes at 7:30 PM each day.
The organizer is the National Association of Dental Traders, Inc., NADTI, the association of the country's dental suppliers, organized in the year 2000. This year's theme is "Advancing Dental Innovation: Beyond 25 Years of Excellence." The Professional Regulation Commission has granted the program 10 CPD points.
Ten lectures fill the three days. The speakers come from Singapore 🇸🇬, Malaysia 🇲🇾, Thailand 🇹🇭, Taiwan 🇹🇼 and the Philippines 🇵🇭, one of them a maxillofacial prosthodontist of Syrian 🇸🇾 origin teaching in Malaysia. Every speaker card below has a button that saves that lecture to your Google Calendar. On the final morning NADTI opens its first Student Forum. Two raffles run alongside: an early-bird prize already drawn on September 1, and a brand-new dental chair sponsored by Intercast, drawn at the event, winner must be present.

🇸🇬Mr. Ryan San Yi Leong
Practical Lessons from Implementing AI-assisted Dental Workflows
Ryan San 🇸🇬 is the chief executive and co-founder of EM2AI, the artificial-intelligence subsidiary of Q&M Dental Group, a dental chain listed on the Singapore 🇸🇬 Exchange. EM2AI builds software that reads radiographs, flags pathology, charts automatically and drafts treatment plans; it runs across more than 150 Q&M clinics in Singapore 🇸🇬 and Malaysia 🇲🇾, its accuracy has been checked by University of Malaya staff, and in May 2026 it was granted a Singapore patent for dental treatment planning methods. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University and is not a dentist, which is the point of his hour: this is the operator's view of what happens when a clinic group actually switches AI on, what broke, and what stuck. If you have been wondering whether AI charting is real or a brochure, this is the session for you.
🇲🇾Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noor Addeen Abo Arsheed
Breaking the Rules: Why Endocrowns are Changing the Way We Restore Teeth. The Biomimetic Revolution
An Associate Professor and certified maxillofacial prosthodontist who heads the Restorative Dentistry Department of the Faculty of Dentistry at MAHSA University in Selangor, Malaysia 🇲🇾. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2005 and his master's degree and specialization in prosthodontics in 2010, trained under the prosthodontic rehabilitation specialists Joseph Massad and Matthias Kern, and now carries more than fifteen years of clinical and teaching experience. He is a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a member of the International College of Prosthodontists, previously served as Deputy Dean and head of clinical teaching at Lincoln University College, and is a co-author of a systematic review and meta-analysis on the Biologically Oriented Preparation Technique. He speaks twice at NADTI: on Tuesday afternoon he makes the case for the endocrown, the single-piece ceramic restoration that anchors in the pulp chamber instead of a post and core, as part of the biomimetic movement in restorative dentistry; on Thursday morning he opens the Student Forum on the judgment every clinician makes daily, whether a compromised tooth is worth saving. NADTI notes this is his second visit to the Philippines 🇵🇭.
🇵🇭Dr. Felylou Altura Fernandez
Legal Foundations of Dentistry: Mastering the Code of Ethics for Dentists, Dental Hygienists and Dental Technologists
A dentist, a lawyer and a nurse in one person. The Professional Regulation Commission's own CPD records list her as JD (LLB), DMD, RN, USRN, and she has delivered this same lecture on the PDA circuit under a PRC-accredited program. Her hour covers whether the PRC Code of Ethics under Board Resolution No. 14, series of 2008 is binding on you, the gray zones between dentistry as a profession and dentistry as a business, and how the code applies to social-media conduct. Practical, and increasingly relevant for every clinic with a Facebook page.
🇲🇾Dr. Nazatul Sabariah Bt. Ahmad
Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation: Navigating Diagnosis, Prevention and Clinical Management
A paediatric dentist who earned her DDS at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia 🇲🇾 in 2004 and her Doctor in Dentistry in Paediatric Dentistry at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute in London 🇬🇧 in 2012. She started in Malaysia's Ministry of Health, spent about a decade as a university academic, and now leads the Dental Valet group of paediatric clinics as CEO of DV Group Berhad while consulting at Avisena Women's and Children's Specialist Hospital. She sits on the editorial board of the Ministry of Health's Clinical Practice Guidelines. Her lecture is on Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation, the chalky, sensitive, fracture-prone first molars and incisors that general dentists see far more often than they diagnose. Diagnosis, prevention, and what to do when a child sits in your chair with one.
🇵🇭Dr. Johnah C. Galicia
Persistent Endodontic Infections: From Biological Causes to Clinical Solutions
One of the most credentialed endodontists in the country. DMD from Manila Central University in 1996, a clinical dentistry diploma from the University of Rennes 1 in France 🇫🇷, a PhD in Oral Biology from Niigata University in Japan 🇯🇵, and endodontic specialty training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 🇺🇸 as an AAE Foundation Educator Scholar. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, formerly directed graduate endodontology programs at the University of the Pacific in California and at UCL Eastman in London, served as a trustee of the AAE Foundation, and is now Professor and Associate Dean at the MCU College of Dentistry. His topic is the case every practitioner dreads: the root canal that will not heal. Why persistent infections persist, biologically, and what actually resolves them.
🇵🇭Dr. Karla Marrie L. Manaloto
The One Archwire Revolution: Leveraging Low Hysteresis Technology for Efficient and Predictable Orthodontic Treatment
An orthodontist with a Master of Science in Orthodontics from 2012, fellowship training in temporomandibular disorders and orofacial pain, and further training in tongue and lip tie. She consults at Landayan Dental Clinic and belongs to the Orofacial Pain Association of the Philippines, the Philippine Association of Functional Joint Orthopedic TMJ and the Philippine Dental Association, with affiliate membership in the World Federation of Orthodontists. Her lecture is on low-hysteresis archwires, wires that deliver a steadier, gentler force across a wider range of deflection, and the claim in the title, that one wire can carry a case further than a conventional sequence.
🇹🇭Dr. Kullanant Pansrimangkorn
Transform Patient Oral Hygiene Education with iTOP: Empowering Patients for Lifelong Oral Health
Listed on Curaden Academy's roster of certified iTOP lecturers, the individually trained oral prophylaxis program that teaches clinicians to teach patients, hands in mouth, until brushing and interdental cleaning are done properly. A Bangkok 🇹🇭 clinician with hospital practice and published research on caries in Thai preschool children. His session is for anyone who has watched a patient nod through hygiene instructions and come back six months later with the same plaque.
🇹🇼Dr. Chung Hua Chen
Bioceramic Obturation: The Contemporary Solution for Minimally Invasive Endodontics
An endodontist from Taiwan 🇹🇼 presenting bioceramic obturation, the shift from gutta-percha and resin sealers to calcium-silicate bioceramic sealers and the hydraulic, single-cone technique that comes with them. It pairs naturally with Dr. Galicia's session the day before. NADTI's post lists his name, country and topic; we could not locate an independent profile to add here.
🇵🇭Dr. Renoir S. Amba
Metal Free: All-Ceramic Conservative Approach to Posterior Single Tooth Replacement
A prosthodontist with more than thirty years in practice, based at his own clinic in BF Homes, Parañaque. His hour is on metal-free, all-ceramic conservative options for replacing a single missing back tooth, the decision between a resin-bonded bridge, a conventional bridge and an implant, and how far modern ceramics have pushed the conservative end of that choice.
The First Student Forum
For the first time NADTI has carved out a program for students. On Thursday, September 24 at 9:00 AM, Dr. Abo Arsheed 🇲🇾 lectures on "When to Restore, When to Replace: Clinical Decision-Making for Future Dentists", aimed squarely at dental students about to enter clinical practice.

The student package, as posted by NADTI: registration for students and clinicians at ₱500, which covers the Student Forum, the full Scientific Sessions and the trade exhibit. The first 250 students who claim their convention ID receive four basic dental instruments, first come, first served. A separate ₱10,000 cash raffle is exclusive to attending students. Slots are limited and attendance confirmation is required.
Registration, CPD Points and the Raffles
Registration runs through NADTI's online form at bit.ly/26THNADTI. Categories are Dentist, New Dentist, Government Dentist, Faculty or Academe, Dental Technologist, Dental Hygienist and Student. You will need your PRC Professional Identification Card number and expiry date and a photo of the card; the form also asks for your PDA chapter and up to three companions. Payment is by bank deposit or GCash to NADTI, with proof of payment uploaded to the form, and NADTI has also said cash can be paid through a trader's agent.
Early-bird registration closed on August 14 after a one-week extension the NADTI Board of Trustees granted because of the typhoon that hit Luzon in early August. Pre-registration closed on September 15. If you have not registered, the remaining route is on-site registration at SMX, so arrive early on your first day.
The program carries 10 CPD points for the PRC's continuing professional development requirement, announced by NADTI on August 13. For comparison, the 24th NADTI in 2024 was accredited at 11 CPD units, so this is in line with previous years.
Two raffles. The early-bird major prize, a Louis Vuitton Vernis Brea GM handbag with certificate of authenticity, was drawn live on NADTI's Facebook page on September 1 at 2:00 PM. The grand raffle prize, a brand-new dental chair sponsored by Intercast, The Dental Solution Company, is drawn at the event, and you must be present to win.
Beyond 25 Years
NADTI was organized in 2000 to, in its own words, foster cooperation among traders and become a source of growth and advancement in the field of dentistry. The annual Trade Exhibit is where the country's suppliers, manufacturers and distributors put their equipment on one floor for three days, and the Scientific Sessions grew around it. The 24th edition in 2024 was filed with the PRC with a target of 4,000 participants. The 25th, in September 2025, was at the same SMX Convention Center Manila. This year's theme, "Beyond 25 Years of Excellence," is the association marking a quarter century of the exhibit and setting out the next one.
The run-up was busy. Through June and July NADTI's officers took the 26th banner on the road to Philippine Dental Association chapter events, induction ceremonies and scientific seminars in Cavite, Olongapo, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija and San Jose del Monte, handing out registration QR codes and the NADTI pouch that has become a running joke on the page. One of those pouches, photographed by a dentist wading through Luzon floodwater in late August, got its own post: NADTI bag one, floodwaters zero.
Getting There
SMX Convention Center Manila sits on Seashell Lane in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, beside the SMX side of SM Mall of Asia and a short walk from the MOA Arena. Coming from EDSA or Roxas Boulevard, turn into the MOA Complex and follow the signs for SMX; parking is in the MOA Complex lots. From the NAIA terminals it is a short drive along Roxas Boulevard or the NAIA Expressway, longer at rush hour. The floor opens at 10:30 AM; the first lectures on Wednesday and Thursday start at 10:30, and Tuesday's starts at 10:00, so plan to be inside before the doors.
DentaSource Direct at Booth 034 and 035
