Unloading Day
On January 3, 2026 the first stock of the year came off the truck. It was an ordinary working morning at the loading dock, and it is the part of the business that quietly decides whether a doctor waits two days for a chair or two months.
Crates come off the tailgate, onto dollies, into the freight elevator, and up to the stockroom. Nothing about it is quick, and nothing about it is done alone.

The Lifting Is Still Manual
A packed dental unit in its wooden crate is heavy enough that no one person moves it. Three of the team take the corners, the dolly takes the weight, and the crate comes down in one controlled movement instead of a drop.
That care is not for show. A crate that lands badly produces a chair that needs work before it is ever installed, and the doctor waiting for it is the one who pays for that in lost days.

What Is Inside a Crate
A dental unit does not arrive assembled. The chair frame, the backrest and cushions, the delivery arm, the dental light and the accessories are packed separately and braced inside the crate so that nothing shifts on the road.
That is why an installation takes our technicians a few hours rather than a few minutes, and why a crate is opened in our warehouse first rather than in your operatory. Small equipment travels the same way, boxed by model and counted in against the packing list before anything reaches the shelf.
Stocks In Again on January 22
Later in the same month the scene repeated. The truck backed up to the warehouse doorway, the team waited at the roller door, and a pallet jack pulled the first crate out onto the concrete.
A second restock inside three weeks matters to anyone planning a clinic build in the first quarter. It means the model you are looking at is on the floor, not on a boat.

Nationwide Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Clinics on Luzon are served by our own van and installation team, and units bound for the Visayas and Mindanao go by freight with installation arranged on arrival.
Doctors outside the capital region ask about this before they ask about anything else, and the answer has not changed. We deliver, and we install what we deliver.
Why Stock On Hand Matters
A clinic opening date is set by the slowest item in the build. Tiles, cabinets and signage can be rushed. A chair that is not yet in the country cannot be.
Holding stock is how a February opening stays in February. If you are planning a build or a second operatory this year, the quickest way to know what is available is to ask us, or to see the units on the showroom floor at 610 C. Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City.
