On June 26, 2026 we delivered and installed a ROSON DX-A3 dental chair at Dobles-Teylan Dental Care Center. The reel we posted that day starts at the truck and ends with the dentist standing beside a working unit, which is the whole job in about forty seconds.
Off the Truck and Onto the Floor
The first frames are the unload. A chair travels crated and arrives as separate assemblies, and the order they come off the truck is the order they go together. From there our technician is on the floor with the base, which carries the weight of everything above it and sets how level the finished chair sits.
The backrest goes on next. This unit is the burgundy DX-A3, matched to the chairs the clinic already had, so the room reads as one set rather than as an older room with a new machine in it.
Air, Water and the Delivery Unit
The compressor connection comes next. Compressed air is what drives the handpieces and the air syringe, so the run from the compressor to the chair has to be right before anything on the delivery unit can be tested. The delivery unit itself is the arm that holds the handpieces, the syringe and the controls, and the instrument tray is set at the height the dentist will actually work at.
That is the part of an installation that cannot be done from a manual. Every operatory has its own room shape, its own plug positions and its own dentist, and the unit is set up around those rather than to a standard drawing.
Walking the Dentist Through It
The last part of the reel is the handover. Our technician points out the operating light and its controls to the dentist, then the team gathers with her beside the burgundy chairs holding the DentaSource Direct and ROSON board. Nobody leaves until the dentist has run the chair through its positions herself.
Why It Matters for a Clinic Owner
The DX-A3 is the chair many Philippine clinics end up looking at when they want a full featured unit without moving into the premium tier, and it is one we install often often. Colour matching matters more than it sounds: a clinic that adds a chair every few years can either build a room that looks assembled over a decade, or one that looks designed.
The part that decides the purchase, though, is what happens after delivery.
