A DX-A3S For Malate
Hannah Medical Clinic in Malate, Manila now runs a ROSON DX-A3S. Our team delivered and installed the unit on August 2, 2025, and we posted the congratulations on October 28.
Malate is dense, old and built up, which makes it one of the harder parts of Metro Manila to move a dental chair into. Access is a lift and a corridor rather than a loading bay, and the room is usually already finished by the time the crate arrives.
Installing In A Built Up District
A unit going into a fitted room is planned differently from one going into a shell. We measure the doorways and the lift before the delivery date, not on the day, and the chair stays crated until it is at the door of the operatory.
Inside, the base is set and levelled first, and it is levelled properly rather than approximately. Everything above it inherits that setting, so a base left slightly off puts the chair out of true through its whole travel and nothing further up the unit will bring it back.
Where The A3S Sits
The DX-A3S belongs to the ROSON A3 family, which is the range most Philippine clinics choose between for a single operatory. Across that family the differences are in the delivery arrangement, the seating and the finish rather than in whether the unit will carry a full working day.

Why It Matters
A treatment unit is a ten year purchase made in an afternoon. The two questions that decide whether it was a good one are both about the years after the sale: how quickly a technician reaches you, and whether the parts that fail first are held in the country.
We install with our own technicians rather than subcontractors, and the clinic gets one number to call afterwards. That is the whole argument, and it only becomes visible on the day something stops working.
