North to San Fernando
On February 22, 2026 our delivery and installation team took a ROSON DX-A3S dental unit up to San Fernando, Pampanga. The reel opens on the cathedral as the van comes into town, which is the point in every provincial run where the crew stops watching the road and starts thinking about the doorway.
Unloading and Walking the Room
The unit comes off the truck wrapped and in parts. Before anything is unwrapped the team walks the operatory and settles the position of the chair against three fixed things. Where the water and drain lines come up, where the power point is, and which side the assistant will work from.
Getting that right at the start is what separates a smooth installation from a room that is technically finished but awkward to work in for the next decade.
Building the Unit
Assembly runs in the same order every time. The base is set and leveled, because a frame on an uneven floor feels fine empty and wrong under a patient. Then the delivery unit, then the assistant side, then the cushions and backrest.
The light is the two person part of the job. The arm is counterbalanced and heavy, so one technician takes the weight while the other seats and secures it, and only then is the light head attached and wired.
Testing Before Handover
With the unit built, everything is exercised before the doctor is handed the foot control. Chair positions through their full travel, preset positions set and recalled, air and water at the handpiece ports, suction, drainage and the water bottle system.
The LED light is aimed and run at each intensity from where the dentist will actually sit, not from where the technician is standing. A light that is perfect from the side of the chair and wrong from the operator position is a daily irritation.

Clinic Ready at Handover
Because the unit had already been uncrated, assembled and tested in our warehouse during pre-delivery inspection, the work in Pampanga was a rebuild rather than a discovery exercise. That is what makes a single visit handover realistic on a provincial run.
Before the team left, the doctor and staff were walked through the chair positions, the foot control, the water bottle routine and the daily cleaning that keeps the lines in good order.
If your clinic is outside the capital region, settle three things early. A clear path from the street to the operatory, the power point in place, and water and drain lines roughed in where the chair will stand. With those ready, a provincial installation is one visit.
