Three Units, One Stretch
Between April 24 and May 1, 2026 we delivered and installed three ROSON dental units: a DX-S3, a DX-N2 Pro with Package B, and a second DX-S3. Three reels, three clinics, the same sequence each time.
We are putting them in one article because together they show something a single delivery does not. The build is the same job every time, and the work is in doing it the same way on the third clinic as on the first.
The First DX-S3
The first unit was delivered on April 24. It opens on the unload, a ROSON carton coming out of the van, then a panel and a box carried up, then two of our technicians unwrapping the chair in the clinic stairwell.
Stairwells are where deliveries are actually decided. A unit travels as parts partly so it survives shipping and partly so two people can carry it through a real clinic door and around a real landing. This is what that looks like when the building was not designed with a dental unit in mind.
Inside, the build starts at the base. The base is set and levelled first because it carries everything above it, then the spittoon faucet is fitted and the accessory boxes are opened last, once there is a finished unit to fit them to.
The DX-N2 Pro with Package B
The second unit went out on April 25, a DX-N2 Pro supplied with Package B, a complete setup aimed at clinics being fitted out from nothing.
It begins with the delivery unit being unwrapped on a bench. The delivery unit carries the handpiece hoses, the three way syringe and the control panel, and it is the part the dentist has a hand on for most of a procedure. Then the light: the head is mounted, the arm is attached, and the two are balanced so the light stays where it is put rather than drifting under its own weight.
The handover starts at the screen. Our technician walks the dentist through the ROSON control panel, which is where the chair positions, the light and the services are set. Then the board comes out for a photograph with the team, which is how most of these days end.
The Second DX-S3
The third unit, another DX-S3, was delivered on May 1. The reel opens on the clinic's own crown and tooth logo, then two technicians at the delivery unit, then the unit being moved down the clinic corridor.
The rest is assembly. The delivery unit, then the chair with its side panel on, then the pair of technicians working the seat, and finally the wiring under the seat, which is the part nobody photographs and everybody depends on. Cable runs decide whether a future service call takes twenty minutes or an afternoon.
Why It Matters
For a clinic owner the useful signal in three deliveries is not the volume. It is that the third build looks like the first: the same order of assembly, the same checks, the same handover.
That consistency is what a service relationship rests on. We are the exclusive Philippine distributor for ROSON, so the team that carried the unit up the stairs is the team that answers the phone about it later.
