On June 24, 2026 we completed the delivery and installation of two ROSON DX-S3 dental chairs at Ignacio Dental Clinic. The reel we posted that day follows the work from the first components going on to the last walkthrough with the clinic team.
Two Chairs at Once
Installing two chairs in one visit is a different job from installing one. Each unit still needs its own power, its own water and drainage, and its own run of air from the compressor, and both have to end up matched: same seat height reference, same light behaviour, same feel on the foot control, so a dentist moving between rooms is not adjusting to two different machines.
It is also the cheaper way to do it for the clinic. One trip, one team, one day of disruption instead of two, and one handover session covering both units.
Assembly, Piece by Piece
The reel opens with our technician on the spittoon assembly, then the light head, then wiring at the base. That order is deliberate. The heavy and awkward parts are fitted while there is still room to work around the chair, and the cabling underneath is finished before the covers close it in.

Testing the Control Pad
Once a chair is joined up it gets tested rather than admired. The technician works the control pad at the spittoon, running the chair through its positions and checking the water, the suction and the light respond as they should. The group frame in the middle of the reel is our team with the clinic staff beside both finished chairs.

The Handover
The last frames are the handover. Our technician goes through the unit with the dentist, and the two of them review the control panel together: preset positions, the foot control, light operation, suction, and the daily cleaning that keeps lines clear. A chair that is understood on day one generates far fewer service calls in month six.

Why It Matters for a Clinic Owner
A second chair is one of the few clinic purchases that changes the shape of the practice rather than just the equipment list. It lets an assistant prepare one patient while the dentist finishes another, it makes an associate dentist possible, and it turns a full day from a queue into a schedule.
What makes it work is that both rooms behave the same way, and that the supplier who put them in is the one who answers when something stops. We install every chair we sell, we hold parts in the country, and our showroom at 610 C. Raymundo Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City has the DX-S3 standing and running for anyone who wants to sit in one first.
Thank you to Ignacio Dental Clinic for the trust, and for letting us film the day.
