A Chair Color Program Built Around the Zodiac
ROSON runs a design idea that is unusual for dental equipment. Every zodiac sign gets its own color palette, tailored to the traits the sign is known for, and the DX-A1 Trend Edition wears that palette for the month. For Cancer season the set is four colors: Pink, Jewel Green, Tiffany Blue and Ice Blue.
The point is not novelty. A treatment room has one large object in it that every patient looks at before they sit down, and that object is the chair. Its color does more for the feel of the room than any wall paint.
The Four Colors, and Who They Suit
Pink. A low-saturation pink, warm and understated. ROSON describes it as bridging the space between clinician and patient. In practice it reads as gentle rather than playful, which suits pediatric rooms and clinics that lean on a soft, reassuring look.
Jewel Green. A vintage-inspired green with a refined, retro tone. It is the boldest of the four and carries a room on its own, so it works best where the rest of the interior is neutral.
Tiffany Blue. Deep and oceanic, the calming one. It photographs well and pairs with the white cabinetry most operatories already have.
Ice Blue. Clean and professional. The safest choice of the set, and the one that reads closest to a conventional clinical look while still being a color rather than a default.
Same Chair Underneath
The color is upholstery and trim. Underneath, the Trend Edition is the standard A1 platform: the same base, the same delivery unit with the six-position instrument holder, the same LED operating light shown in every image above. Nothing about the color changes how the chair moves, how it is cleaned, or how our technicians service it.

Choosing a Color for Your Room
A few things we ask clinics when they are deciding:
What color is the light in the room? Warm lighting pushes Pink toward peach and dulls Ice Blue. Daylight-balanced LEDs keep all four true.
What do your walls and cabinets look like? Jewel Green and Tiffany Blue want a neutral room. Pink and Ice Blue tolerate more color around them.
Who sits in the chair most? Pediatric and orthodontic rooms suit Pink and Tiffany Blue. A general practice with an older patient base is usually happier with Ice Blue.
Trend Edition colors are ordered, not pulled from stock, so the conversation is worth having early in your clinic planning.
